I just received the same call from the above number and when I called back, the recording said it was disconnected. I will report them, since I am on the do not call list and hopefully get them a heafty fine!

Someone called from this number when I was still asleep in the morning hours and I didn't answer it. I tried calling them back and a recording came on and said that the number I had called had been disconnected, to try my call again. I haven't seen any other comments about this happening. I've seen where a few people have called back, but they didn't get the recording.
