Illegal. Doesn't respect FTC law
Caller: Silent Spammer
This number has been blocked since April 2017. The call history shows they've been trying again at least twice a day including weekends. Out of curiousity, I blocked my number and called it back. The recording doesn't identify who they are, just to enter my number so they can direct my call. That will never happen.
