08-16-2019 @ 7:19 PM /// 978-933-6643, Cigna PHT /// Wife took call & they asked to talk to me. She told them NO. They asked to have me call them back. Wife said NO and then hung up. CIGNA is a Part of my Federal Health Insurance Plan. Doctor's claims have to go through CIGNA before my insurance (XXXX) will pay them. They were calling to ask me to join their "personal counseling" (1 on 1) I'm sure. I've also received letters to that effect. I keep telling them NO but they continue calling or mailing letters. Apparently they don't know the meaning of the word "NO"!! I get at least 2-3 calls per week from this number! IDIOTS!!
