This is a scam that has used many aliases. They threaten to issue warrants, arrest, or to initiate an "investigation" unless you wire them money via Western Union or provide a prepaid credit card number. The caller is usually one woman who will attempt to use different accents and dialects in an attempt to have you believe this is a company with hired workers.
