This robo call has called our home dozens of times over the past few months. They indicate there is no current issue with your credit card but it is important they speak with you to lower your interest rate. It is a totally automated call. The SAY if you wish to be removed, push one number--of course that hasn't happened. So today, I pushed "1" which put me in touch with someone after about 3-4 minutes--and while on hold, it sounded like it was a recorded message under water. When the male voice came on, I didn't let him get a word out and I began telling him what I thought about his company calling with no name given, etc...and immediately, he hung up! If they call one more time, I've begun a log of all no-name calls, dates, time, message, caller's name if given and will turn it over to the city/county or state to follow-up!
