Call several times and stated that I have been served and this was my final chance after 15 times of calling. Another guy called with accent stating that the claim was back at his office and I have been served.

CAlled 7 times in a row mid afternoon . Threatening “action” on a claim and I’ve been served. Left voicemail with 866-360-7427 As the call back number but called me from my local area- thick accent. Rude demanding
