Phishing scam claiming to be discover card

These people called me three times today. They call using spoof numbers and change them every two days. First Ann tells you their is a new government program that can lower your interest rates on your credit cards. Them by recording Ann tells you to press 1 to speck to a repersentive. When you reach a repersentive they will ask you if your credit card debit is more then 10,000 Dollars.
If you ask any question they will Hung up ( like there name of there company ) or if you ask for there phone number they will give you a number not in service or a number to a movie line or to a porn line.
If these reports mean anything hopeful someday the real Government will do something and shut them down. I am not holding my breath.
