Said his name was Matthew. Said he was calling from DISH network and that I needed newer receivers to continue getting my channel. Receivers would be provided free from Dish but that I needed to pay $150 security fee that would be returned to me after 2 years. If there was any problems, call him directly at 719-247-3226. Asked for my security number for verification that he was talking to the correct person. Total scam. Said he was calling from Texas. Spoke broken English. Actually called from Colorado Springs.
