Yes I got a call. Thank you all for letting me know this is a scam. I too am expecting a parcel and will certainly lodge a complaint with whoever delivers it!

I didn't answer this call as I recieved it at 7:30am on a Sunday! But I am expecting a package from an online order. Not sure what shipping company is being used but I agree with you all, sounds like someone from inside one of these companies is selling our information! Not impressed.

Received same call asking to give code 5526. I'm expecting a package from USA, US Postal services, I thought this would be my package, but thanks for the forum here. I did not call back. I guess someone from US postal services is selling our info to these scammers.

Got message from 88184810085 Canadian express delivery, same thing call back and give them code 5526.
Didn't call, don't expect any packages

I'm starting to suspect that it's the delivery companies that are in on this. I just got a new home phone number - and the ONLY company that has my new number is Muscle & Strength, and presumably DHL (who is shipping my order).

Other commentors: please list which delivery company you are using. Maybe we can start seeing patterns which companies could be selling our info (possibly an employee in the company who is secretly selling this info to African scammers and getting a cut).

That would be the only logical explanation why we are all getting these calls while expecting an overseas package.

Just recieved a call too. Female robotic voice telling me to call back 232 21 63140 with this 5526 code, sad thing is I did call back and was told to wait for a representative to take my call as I also am waiting for an overseas package. As I`m patient i waited about ten minutes on the line then hung up. Now I find out its a scam so I will surly be charged long distance calling. nice way to start a weekend.
