bill collector, calling 3 to 4 times a day, sometime before 8am or after 9 pm and on sudays. they have even cusssed me over the phone and been threatening. I am disabled and take anxiety pills. this is pushing to the edge where jay have to change my number and I would hate to do that, it's been the same for 10
years.
