This came up as 'international' on my phone, but gave the number stated. It was an organisation called the Heart Research Institute? They wanted me to sign up for a weekly lottery, I declined, they wanted to add me to their email circulation, I declined that too. They may be genuine, but I don't trust anyone who cold calls these days, too many are on the make!
