Non Irish accented individual called claiming to be from the Irish Revenue Commission claiming I had a refund due, asked for credit card and bank details.

Became very aggressive when I said "No, you're not from the Revenue Commission", making abusive and racial slurs before hanging up.

Irish Revenue doesn't call people, they make contact via postal mail like every other government department.
