i've just receive a call from this number and the caller disconnected the call before i accept it.. it is already 2nd time for me to receive a call like this... can anyone block this number?

I received this call last Dec. 14, 2015 around 8-9am and on the other line was a lady and according to her she called from Whatclinic.com. she was trying to as me some questions and told me to hold on the call and I was counting 10seconds If she doesn't speak then I had to cut the call which I did. I'm paranoid she might hit some hacking codes or program while I was waiting for her to speak as she said "can you hold the line for a minute I'm trying to view your inquiries about whatclinic.com you have recently contacted for a dental consultation and mind was already that seem to doubt and quickly think she/they might trace my phone and get all details from my phone or what not. so I just turned off my phone for 5 hours then turn it on again.

THIS NUMBER CALLED ME ONCE TODAY, BUT I DID NOT ANSWER. I'M FROM PHILIPPINES. I THOUGHT IT WAS SOMEONE I KNEW BUT ONLY TO FOUND OUT THAT NOT ONLY ME HAD THIS KIND OF SITUATION IN THIS CALLER. CREEPY
