This Person was a Patient in the Psychatric Hospital. Since month he calls several times a day even if I asked him to stop, he will go on for lifetimes like this. please shut him down without ringing.

Private insane Person known from the Psychiatry calls since months every day several times ( I blocked him and said him to stop) he keeps calling. Even with other strangers numbers. He abused my number in this way before. I need him to shut down with no ringing and voicemail box options when hes temping again to call. Please help me. Thanks
