Just had a call from them 01934 231718 - Weston-super-mare, but Manchester accent. Knew my name and address - very scary. blocked them on mobile. Didn't like the way they handled the call, very misleading.

Just had a call from a person offering me £3000 for an accident i was in, had details, when asked where got info from would not say. Offered me a pack saying was government sponsored !!!!! Using a mobile number 07486947449 when i asked to send details to work address hung up. Rang number back straight to answer system. Its the damn insurance companies fault they sell on peoples details, should'nt be allowed.

Got a call from 01422 718139. They told me that they had info 're a car accident I had been in sometime in last 5 years. When I questioned them the manager was not available. They promised that their complaints dept would contact me within 48hours. Surprisingly this happened. I was told that the original caller should not h ave said that they had info about a car accident. This call came from 0161 814 9310

Legit company get a grip and take note that they are just trying to help not that any of you obviously wanted

They keep calling me, usually they hang up if I ask for the name of their company, this time they said "Intelligent claims solutions", but the thing is they keep asking for either a Mr Jones, or a Wendy Preston Jones and I am no sort of Jones. How they got my mobile number and then associated it with someone called Jones is beyond me. Every time they call I ask to be taken off their system, they promise to do this but never do.

i recieved a call off these people about 3 and a half weeks ago and i did have an accident they forwarded me to a claims adviser after confirming a few details with me he put the information to a solicitor and 2 days ago i recieved exactly £3274 (just saying) its not a scam if youve had an accident let them help you WHO DOSENT HAVE TIME FOR MONEY AYE!!

Called today from 07978 638759 - Told them I was on the telephone preference service and she said I had opted into receiving their calls - couldn't tell me how especially as it was the work phone. Have reported them to TPS

Been getting calls from this company too often. They route to your local exchange so it looks like a local call. I was expecting a call from a local garage and picked this one up. I once spoke to them and asked "which accident, I'm always having accidents, was it the one I had this morning?" I could sense how pleased he was to 'catch one'.

"You had an accident this morning...?"

"Yes," I said, "I poo'd my pants!"

He hung up.

I too keep getting calls, I still don't believe we can get money from just being in a car (not injured). The woman that keeps phoning is bloody persistent!

Despite being "taken off their list, still calling every week.
They are in Manchester M22, somewere near Oxford Road station.
The girl had only been working there one week and truely believed what she was doing was leggit.

Didn't catch the caller's name, was suspicious from the start. Accident in last 5 years - they could get some more money to compensate for the repairs. Asked where they had got details of my accident - "from our database", but wouldn't or couldn't say more. Suspect they had got my details posing as a potential employer, as this phone number is in my CV on Monster and other sites, but otherwise kept quiet.

01208 208309 Called from Bodmin number, had a northern accent. Name given when pushed was Lee Coates of ICS. Would not give a straight answer where he got my details from but claimed they were passed on about my vehicle claim. I don't own a car!

Just had an 'in-depth' conversation with them, brought forward that my assumptions that they are a scam company, and the caller was assuring they're not, telling me they've been given sufficient details of my accident. So I ask played along, asking WHICH incident, but could not provide any information, then I said, websites and resources state they're scammers, I said that they're just blind blanket calling in the hope that 1 in every so often are the audience they want and take your money. Still denied, after 1ish mins of playing with him, finding out as much as I can. I told him I've never had an accident nor has anyone in my household and then he went quiet and said he's not sure what has happened - I even asked why there's no website with the above name, and then told me to do a google search and they were the 4th one down. The whole thing stinks. Terrible. Ask to remove me from their marketing call list and blocked their number from my phone.
Oh, also confronted him of his scamming ways of calling from Manchester (said he's from Wigan) yet routing calls from Ripley, local to me, hence why I picked it up. Couldn't really provide any answers other than that they have over 500+ calls to dial from... Definite scammers, do not give ANY details. They have nothing on you. Hope this helps!

Definitely a Manc. They keep calling me asking about a minor car accident I had a few years ago. I asked when was this as I've had a few and the guy had no answers. In fact I've had none. Total rubbish, it was a cold call. I immediately insisted my details were removed from their database and are not passed on to anyone else. I'll have to wait to see what happens,

020 3634 2645 Claimed to have info that I'd had a car accident (not true) but mysteriously won't give specifics lol. When I questioned the caller on what exactly she wanted from me, she got tongue tied and hung up!! Amateurs!!
