They called me and knew my new shockingly. Apparently they wanted to make a survey about leaseholder satisfaction regarding the council which they knew as well who own the building. I just got up and told them to call back later. They never called at 2pm. I had time to look up the number. The tfl research website has no number like that. Lots of people said it is fraud. They sometimes pretend to be something else like hmrc and threaten people with arrest etc. I blocked the number.

Be careful, they will take your money and never respond. Took 8k off me lump sump.
Caller: TLS Research Scam
Thanks for the warning. They claimed to be tfl and just wanted a leasehold satisfaction survey. I said they should call later but they did not. I read they pretended to be many things even hmrc and threaten people. I have blocked the number now.
