It appears this number has been deactivated by the authorities or Localphone Limited who were allocated the number range by Ofcom back on 05/04/2007. This seems to be very quick, as I received a silent call from this number at 10:18 today!
If you call this number back, ALWAYS ENSURE YOU WITHHOLD YOUR NUMBER TO HELP PROTECT YOUR PRIVACY AGAINST THESE NUISANCE COMPANIES, you will now hear:
'This number has been withdrawn from service due to issues with nuisance calls. If you have given the caller either credit card or bank details contact your credit card company or bank immediately.'
Good riddance to these nuisance companies, I hope the recorded message is a genuine one and they have been taken out of service.
The company was apparently Fast Claims Ltd, probably a fake name though.
I just missed a call from them... Good job I don't answer my phone.
I see the spam calls are doing the rounds of the mobiles in the UK again. That time of year I suppose. Avoid this one. Seemingly i had an accident 3 years ago that wasn't my fault!! I tried to keep them on the phone to run up their phone bill & waste their time, but she hung up on me. Lol These companies need reporting though !!! And who sold them my phone number ?!?!?!
Quite a sophisticated robot caller claiming to be called Nikita Mcfarlane, it even fooled me for a little while into thinking it was a real person as the responses were logical. Elderly, vulnerable people could quite easily fall for it.
Girl said she'd heard i'd had a car accident - I asked if they could tell me when - she asked me if I could please confirm whether I had a car accident- I asked if she could confirm where I had the accident - She went to say so you have had an accident and that she would take number off the list and wished me good evening before hanging up: Number phoned 01512530933
