I'm not sure if it IS Scottish Power, as I tried to call back and it said the number was not in use. It may be an overseas telemarketing (scam) company using 'cover' numbers - so as not to give away their true identity or location.

Called several times but only rings a couple of times so i have missed calls - turns out its Scottish Power
