they just call and after 10 sec. close the phone... and if you call back they will not answer but their voice call will charge you quite enough to earn someting... do not call back!!!
They are or pretend to be from O2. They call every day sometimes silent calls and sometimes are rude and hang up part way thru the call. Based in Manchester. Many reports on the web.
