they have called a number of times, last time they gave my name and said they were marcus brown from first solutions then hung up! will try and block the number.

First Solutions , they're not listed as a UK company. They call everyday and put the phone down if you answer it. When I rang the number back its a message saying ''an agent tried to contact you about PPI no further action is required.'' Obviously a scam and I've blocked the numbers many times but the call on a different line its irritating. I've had similar calls from a number that looks like a mobile number rather than an obvious call centre or landline and block them too.

Called my mobile, despite ti being TPS registered. Went dead when I answered. About time these b*s***ds were banned, and the sale of personal data made illegal with a mandatory prison sentence! Have blocked it now, but no doubt they will call from another number.

Ring repeatedly and hang up. When they do speak they say they are 'first solutions' and talk over you telling you about interest and cards that you have not had. Wouldn't let me get a word in edgewise. very rude and annoying. don't answer!

They are called First Solutions and told me my address etc, and what Credit cards I had. I asked what the call was regarding, the the lady with a broken English accent had to tell me, it was PPI. I too want to know how they knew all my details. Told her I was not interested and don't call again.....

Unsolicited call from a number I don't recognise. As with all these calls, I press "answer" and put my handset aside without verbal acknowledgement until the caller tires of not getting a response and hangs up. Usually takes less than 45 seconds.

Scammer...they ring repeatedly throughout the day and when I answer they tell me my full name and address and try to get my bank details. I don't know how they've got all that information about me, obviously a "trusted" company is selling them on. Just block this number.

- MUST BE a call centre - we get so many duff calls at the start of our lunch break where the caller hangs up: they often try to hide teir number on Caller display - and seems to be when you are expecting call-back from someone you know / called earlier but weren't in
