I've just received a call from this number, 'Harold Wilson' claiming to be from bt technical department. I hung up straight away, I'm not even a bt customer

Called to say my internet was downloading stuff without my knowledge
Said they had my IP address
I asked him which provider and which IP address
He couldn't give me it of course
Then said it was Virgin providing...I have 4G connection only
