Alex called me with exactly tge same question about loft insulation. Rang off when I asked him what sort of insulation I had!
Alex wanted to discuss our government funded loft insulation. I asked him where he got our number from and he hung up. Shame I didn't get the chance to tell him how we live in a froundfloor flat.
