A pair of jingly sounding buggers called me up and insisted they were from Talk Talk Technical Department. One starts off the conversation and then when she gets nowhere she hands me to the supervisor . Now we all know Talk Talk is incompetent , but these guys have a very low "Customer Care" skill level, and don't quite know their game. They call about once per week and try to talk me through some computer lark , because my "computer is infected and they can detect problems at their end". Ooeeer??
I enjoy buggering them about and trying to beat them to death with my delaying tactics and question their weak command of English and Computers. So far my record is 34 minutes before they got tired of my tactics and hung up. I'm not sure what the scam is but they seem to get bloody frustrated - particularly when I fail to understand their Jingly pronunciation. Who would have thought that keeping these fools busy could be so much fun! There may be 1 billion of the buggers , but I'm doing my bit to beat them back into their mud huts with a stick. They don't like it up 'em!

This was a withheld call from an Asian gentleman who said his name was Michael. He said he was calling from TalkTalk and that I would need to switch on my computer so that he could fix spam and spyware which I had been receiving. As this was news to me I asked him for his number and he gave me 02031291411. I said I would call him back and hung up. When I called back there was a weird 3 pips before the phone began to ring normally. Another Asian gentleman answered the phone and there seemed to be a lot of calls going on in the background. I asked to speak to Michael which initiated a lot of shouting and calling for Michael. I was then told that he was on another call so I asked for the name of the company. The gentleman told me it was TalkTalk so I thanked him and hung up.
