02031295386 - Had a missed call from them and checked to see who the number belonged to - saw it was Fast Claims and was ready for them when they rang back the next day. Agreed I had been involved in an accident (I had not) which perked up their interest and said my neck had been broken and I was paralysed from the neck down (I am not). She immediately passed me to someone higher up the chain - told him the same story and he said that it was ok and tried to disappear - I said it was not ok - how would he like to be paralysed from the neck down and I needed some compensation. Needless to say that was the end of the conversation and he cut me off - nice to string along them though and play games with them.
