This is what you get if you speak to the people after getting a robo-spam call "We understand you were in an accident, through no fault of your own". Fortunately I gave them a fake name and email address. I'm happy to keep them calling me because it must be costing them money to pay their army of call-centre robots. What I DON'T like is that they're using random numbers to phone & the other day when I phoned back to check a missed call was them I got a dental centre in Nottingham. The receptionist said she'd had lots of similar calls that day, so I explained to her that SCC were phoning people using THEIR number as their caller ID. She thanked me as they were trying to get info to report it.
I installed Truecaller on my (Android) mobile, so they only ever get to me once per number. Whenever they call I tell them I'm either in a meeting, on the loo, on the train etc and need them to call back later... then I immediately block them.

Ignore or answer and tell them what m not interested and to remove me from their systems! They antagonise me asking why? They will not hang up

They seem to be of Indian accent last callers name was William it's both male and female callers
Someone has to be able to stop these people!!!!!

They called my mother and was going on about her car accident claim so my mum put me on the phone and they satrted goin on about my dad who has been deceased for 10 years saying that he had overdosed himself on painkillers when he didnt which was very upsetting to here so i put the phone down and they kept calling back so i then gave my sister the number and she rang them up and they guy who kept ringing got a disaplinary

Got a call from a very common sounding young LDN lady telling me about my care accident, I remembered her voice from calls I was getting repeatedly from them a while back. this time I decided to play about with them hahaha (nothing better doing at the moment) was passed over to a very heavy South Asian-accented individual, could hardly understand him, anyhow I humoured him a little. Didn't catch his name said he was a Solicitor from Smith & Care Comfort hahaha I asked for there office address and was told 27 Old Gloucester Street Central London (I know this area very well it's WC1 near Russell Square) my friend was in hospital not far by for 6months and I was there at least 3 times a week and have walked around that area a lot. I continued playing dumb and asked him where exactly is that? He asked me why? and I replied just in case I have to come to see you in the office about my car accident to give photos sign documents. I was then told I would be put on hold and then phone went dead.

Please everyone remain calm and get as much info from the person(s) as you can and report it to the Information Commissioners Office 01625 545 745 I can assure you that is the correct number lol and get these people caught they annoy the hell out of me.
