Harassment thifes

phone call every day around the same time for the past two weeks. Every time i explain i have not suffered any stress, injury or discomfort as a result of a VERY minor bump but they don't listen and its the same conversation every day. I've tried being polite, angry, abusive and the message just doesn't get through, they keep trying to make me put in a claim for stress/discomfort/injuries that I absolutely have not suffered.
