Caller said he was raising funds for the Labour Party, difficult to check as its conference week - he knew I was a Member & was specifically asking for a regular donation (so involved passing bank account details)
Calls mobile 2-3 times then stops for a while, nuisance...

No idea who this is, but they call several times a day, two or three rings, and then end the call. I have blocked them, but this doesn't seem to stop them getting through.
I do not recognise the number, and internet searches have listed it as a telemarketer\scam.
Caller: No idea.
I don't know who they are or what they want, but they are stalking me. They won't leave me alone despite being blocked.
