Called me. They use an automated speech system where it recognises your responses and changes their responses accordingly. If you say that you haven't been in an accident, it says "Oh, sorry about that, we'll take your name and number off the list", Hmmm, we'll see if that's true.

Called my mobile(TPS registered ). Laura from London. Wanted to talk about an accident I had recently had. Absolute bull. Firm flouting TPS. Unfortunately, I let slip with a few swear words
