Called me today, I answered and said "hello?" and the call was immediately disconnected.

they called I answered and it was silent then they hung up. I tried texting it but received a text back from Virgin saying it was a house number then I tried calling it and it said it was a wrong number and i mistyped the number or something.NaN

Be careful with these 020 numbers. Some people are reporting huge charges when they phone them back.
