I got a call today from this number, same name was said. There was a long delay when answering the call, so that led me to think that it was from abroad. Secondly, all my questions (which company are you calling from, how did you get my number, etc) were met with long pauses and avoidance. My question is what can be done to locate and deal with these scammers?

Idiot stupid woman called Natasha telling me I had an accident back 2013 which is total none sense. Instead told her that she had won the £250k jackpot, all she had to do was deposit £10k in the account num & Sort code and the money will be activated. The Beach hung up!! (020) 7946-1755

same, number and statement , phoned my wife and said the above word for word, my wife told her she doesn't think so as she doers not even drive and hung up.

scammers with british accent, this is news to me

Same, I had car accident that wasn't my fault apparently. She garbled the company name, I asked her to repeat it, she garbled it again so I asked her to spell it and she hung up!
