I have had exactly the same call. Told her to remove.my name and details from the system. Very rude,controlling,talks fast and claiming i had accident. Sure she said i had reported car accident. Its the 5th call in 8 days approx.

Claiming to be from Glaxo Conciliatory service, when I asked who had provided the information on the "accident" she quoted a report, made to sound like a national report. When I asked for the company name again the caller hung up. This is the 3rd call in 2 weeks.
