'Jane calling from British Gas' (yeah, right!). She asked if I was Mrs (my wife), then was I still using British gas or Southern Electric. 'No'.'Do you have E.on or (another)?' 'No - why do you want to know?' She asked what I had said and when I repeated it she hung up.
Obviously their script doesn't run to answering that question!
