They called me and wrote of the £50 I owed them and gave me free line rental for the rest of my contract. Now I pay £10 a month. I was fully sceptical but my Sky is active so it's all good.
It's Sky Tv. I cancelled my contract.
It is Sky, they returned a call after a query yesterday, scanners active upon the second call and all sorted. Might be worth storing the number in your contacts as 'Sky - replying?' or such like ... if you've had no recent dealings then ignore it (??)
Just said that I dont have sky and for them to remove my number from their directory, no doubt the same person will call again tomorrow!!!
Cold call supposedly from Sky wanted to review my account to see if I am happy with my package with them but first they needed to ask me some security questions, but I refused, and ended the call, I have now blocked this number. Called Sky customer services afterwards who had no record of the call.
