The discussion went like this;
"Hello *name*, I'm calling about the accident you had recently where you were not at fault"
ME: "Oh I'm so glad you called, I've been waiting for such a long time to hear from you"
HIM: "Can you tell me when the accident was"
ME: "Oh, don't you have that on record already?"
HIM: "Yes sir we do, but I need you to confirm"
ME: "OK, It took place on London Bridge"
HIM: "And can you confirm the date of the accident please?"
ME: "Yes it was February last year, the 30th I think"
HIM: "Thank you for confirming those details"
Obviously not paying attention to detail here is he??
HIM: "And were you injured as a result of the accident?"
ME: "Yes"
HIM: "What caused the accident?"
ME: "Well, it's obvious, the bridge fell down."
HIM: "Oh my goodness sir, were you badly injured?"
ME: "Yes"
He's still got no idea.....
HIM: "OK sir, our legal team will be in contact with you shortly with an offer for compensation"
