Saying he could wipe my dept clear I made out I had loads but I don't so I knew them and it's a Mobile number

Started off by saying they were calling from citizens advice...must have spoke to 4 different non fluent English speaking people. Then got told they were a private company offering IVA's. Every time I put the phone down they called back. Number is now blocked
