From the state of their website i seriously doubt they are genuine in any way.

Sick to death of them now I get 3/4 phone calls an hour every hour from 8 am until after 9pm, I keep asking them to remove me and they go we will then 15/20 mins later call is back. Should be able to do something about it

Said they were from Back on Track Financial.
Told them I was registered with TPS and they said my details passed on to them from a commericially available database. Told them registered with TPS and they should ot be calling. These guys are hacks/scammers - ignore them, have told them am reporting to OFCOM and TPS. If everybody does it every time we will soon have these @@@@@@@ shut down.

I have had nothing but txts and calls from different numbers!! Send them to vspam!!! all week from loan companies!! I've not applied for any and I Don't have PPI!!!' I'm so fed up, why are we paying for home phones and mobiles to get harassed? It's time this government and the police make it illegal!!! Please can we start a petition to take to gov to protect us!!'

They are a company called Money Matters, Non UK call centre flogging PPI claims. Nuisance
