Capital One. They get a standing order every month and have done for months now. They keep ringing every day. I have told hem I have a close Family member in hospital and every time the phone rings I think it is bad news from the Drs. I have told them this but they still fcking phone. I am recording every phone call now and also have put in complaints to FSA and various other Bodies. They ring and the phone is just silent when you answer it. Then you get someone that you can barely understand waffling on in a weird way. Call centre in Mumbi or somewhere???
Am recording them now.
Keep ringing my number......never had a capital one card....keep blocking them but they phone on a different number
