Usual PPI stuff. Pressed '5' to get Indian voice who said 'PPI Legion'. Said I did not know why they continued to call me and he hung up. Another one sent someone out to me who wanted me to remember and fill out questionnaires 12 pages long for every potential bank/ credit card I might be able to claim on. When I asked them what service THEY were actually providing for their 30% + V.A.T. if I had to do all that I got no answer. If you want to claim do it yourself as they get you to do all the work and sign over a large slice of any potential monies to them anyway.
