Spam call as mentioned. Automated making out to be something to do with the government. Press 5 to get a pack sent out. Second call in 2 days to 2 phone.

Didn't answer, not interested in saying anything nice to telesales. Have blacklisted my own number so its illegal for them to call without checking the register - avoid, smells like a scam!
