Posing as Santander cards calling me with regards to 'personal business' I have with them. They almost fooled me as i have a Laura Ashley card underwritten by Santander. I became suspicious when they wanted my name, address and date of birth before proceeding with the call. I told them I was not comfortable with this and asked if they had sent a letter with a contact number. I called Laura Ashley cards this morning and they had no records of contacting me so I knew this was a scam. The scammers called me again just now and went through the spiel. I told them that I had already spoken with Santander this morning and they had no record of this activity on their systems. I told them to stop trying to scam me out of information and to stop calling me. The man said the calls would not stop. The nerve! Unbelievable!!!
