Insistent calls, at least a couple of.times per day over the last week. Nobody replies when one says hello, it is definitely some sort of automated spam call.
This is a land line with a clearly fictitious name" "NOJODAS" which in Spanish is "don't bother me or don't ---# with me". It rings, but when I answer nothing happens, again and again. Scary. When I call back a voice tell me the area code is congested --not true, as I can make calls immediately to other people in that area, which pertains to the city of La Plata (province of Buenos Aires, Argentina). The company is TELECOM
