I missed this called and they didn't leave a message. I have never been out of the United States and I don't know anyone outside of the United States.

Calling me repeatedly...called back.. Numbers disconnected.. Then they call back with different number. Down loaded app to block them. Works great. 22 calls blocked

No response when I answered so I hung up and dialed it back...in a foreign language it informed me the number had been changed

Said they were calling from Maryland and got my information form the Democratic party of the United States.
Guy had an accent that made it difficult to understand what English words he was trying to say.
