Had a arrogant guy calling from First Response telling me that he was calling about the car accident I had in the last 12 months. Not the first call I have received and again I told him I hadn't had an accident. He informed that maybe it was one of my close family members in my car and that my details had been recorded for the accident. I told him to give me a case ID about this and he replied " you are being really smart aren't you". I asked how he got my details and again he informed they had been recorded in regards to a car accident. I told him I drive a company car and my fleet manager would be interested to hear about this accident and he then told me "I WAS WASTING HIS TIME!" Wasting his time - he was calling me when I was at work! He then hung up on me - so annoying. Another number to block!

I just received a call from First Response asking for me by my name and also questioning me about an accident I had in the last 12 months, which I have not had, the gentleman had an accident and eventually hung up when I advised many times that I had had no accident. Very weird not sure what they get out of this.

Called, asked for my partner by name, but when I said this was not her number he hung up. Annoyed by this rudeness, I rang back but get the message that this is not a connected number. Call was from overseas.
