Seems, they use different numbers to trick people to pick up their call.
Nobody is obliged or forced to answer any debt caller's calls or harrassment, because by law debt collectors must first send a letter or letters to people who owe a debt, before debt collectors can call, email or text people.
By law no harrassment calls are acceptable.
If debt collectors are harrassing you, please report to ACCC & ASIC, so they can be fined.
