Confirming Chubb insurance.
Called me today, I thought it was a recall from flyscoot, because she mentioned my flight of flyscoot on Jan. Then she spoke very fast, bla bla bla and ask my credit card No. but didn't mention any cost about the call. I thought it's just a verification for the flyscoot voucher. After I hang up the phone, my credit card deduct 43.8 dollars and it showed that Chubb Insurance deducted the credit. WTF! I want my money back!
