I received phone calls from this number for several times, last night I also received a phone call from this phone number, the one talked to me was a woman. She told me she is belonging to Citibank and offered a personal loan promotion. After I told her that I was not interesting in applying for which, she turned to a very rude manner and said something which made me felt ashamed for her. According to David Scott stated the one called him said he was from Standard Chartered, this made me very confusing. I phoned to Citibank to complain the case, what I heard was that Citibank has received some complaints in this respect, but the lady who answered me said Citibank does not appoint such people to have cool calls on its behalf. Who is the holder of phone number 39724000?

Missed call, not sure what it was. At least not my ex's boyfriend, which was what I suspected until I found this here.

A guy called me from this number, spoke cantonese first, claim he is calling from Standard Chartered. When I spoke English with him, he suddenly stopped, and spoke: "fuck you" then ended the call.
