Got scam call today telling me there was an alert in my Microsoft

I received an automated call stating that my computer has been compromised so I thought I'd see just how far this would go. After the prompts a guy came on saying the company he works for works in conjunction with Microsoft who had reported suspicious active codes coming from my computer and he wanted to log into my computer to show me exactly what was reported. I told him I had a hard time understanding what he was saying so he connected me to his supervisor Ricky Faith. Every time I asked for the name of the company that was actually calling me, Ricky would avoid answering by reiterating just how dangerous the situation was and that I should take advantage of purchasing the network security they were trying to sell me. Eventually he did tell me the name of the company which was Total Gadgets Diagnostics. I immediately Googled it while I still had him on the phone and then ask him "how come I can't find your company on the web?" He then got very angry and threatened to hang up because he felt he was wasting his time to which I replied so you want my business but you're going to hang up on me? He then tried to regain his composure and attempt to be nice again but he knew he'd been had at that point. I asked him how much this " Network security" was to which he replied $699 a year. I told him there was no way I could afford that so he's then went to his manager to see if he could get me a better price and came back with $599 a year. I told him I still couldn't afford that to which he replied how much are you willing to pay for it? I said really, so now we're bartering? He got angry and hung up. I knew it was a scam from the beginning but just wanted to see how far away to go to collect as much information as I could. So there you have it don't play the Ricky Faith game.

so I called this so called representative's "manager." he was stumbling over his words and said "I'll look into this and call you back." I asked him "how can you look into this if you haven't even asked my name, number or the representative who helped me?!" I called them back. no answer. I called again and he answered, and I said "I am calling to see where you are in the "invenstigation" and what answers you can give me." he said "can I have your log in information again?" I said "I am not giving you my information! I know you're calling from India and I know you're not who you say you are!" aaaaand he hung up! what a bunch of lying ass holes!!!!

this lady took over my computer, and then started looking in my personal photos!!!! I am soooooooo freaked out right now!!!!!

they support computers they fixed my 2 computers in a better manner they are not doing scam
