I have some outstanding payment from last 2 month. People from Hyderabad Axis Bank 04043444100 giving me continuous call more that 50 times a day. I had requested them not to call as i have already paid the outstanding amount but they told me that their system says that the amount is still pending.
The person has started abusing me. This is not a right way to treat your customers. I have my Account in axis bank since 4 years. Other that this i have 4 more accounts of my family members who are using axis bank account.
I was always being loyal to this bank but after this call from Credit Card department i think the people in this bank don''t have manners how to speak with their customers.
Please don't do such behavior unless you will loose your valuable customers.
