I have my answering machine with 0 delay to avoid these spam calls.I get them daily. If they a bona fide they should send a letter. other numbers 08082381511, 08009889546,08009533008, etc...

Just had a call from the same number whilst at work. I didn't answer it as I don't like to when at work. As it was an 0800 number I googled it and found this site - it's a great heads-up for next time they try (I suppose they will judging by the number of comments here saying they keep calling).

this number called me and i answered, and the woman on the other end of the line asked for mr long, when i replied that no one with that name has this phone, she became quite rude, and said well we have his details here, i replied well someone got it wrong then, then she asked me about electricity and gas, i replied my partner deals with that side of things [ is single by the way lol], and she said she would try again later, the thing is they are still trying me all the time. now i dont answer the phone when i see that number.

hung up when i picked up and do they expect me to ring back the free phone?

i just started getting the calls from this number, i'm on t-mobile pay as u go. So what the hell does this have to do with O2 contracts?

I also am being bomabrded with calls from this number, when I answer it either cuts off or I get nothing on the other end of the phone, it's a BL***Y PAIN IN THE A**E

I've also been hounded by this number.Every time they call I answer and they hang up on me!Hence the Google search and finding this site.

how the hell do ya get the calld to stop? is there someone to contact? i get them every couple of days. ILLEGAL surely!!!!!!!!!!

I'm with Vodafone, and this has called me twice over the past 2 months, the second call being today. Will never answer numbers like that, so no problem, but it is annoying, as the last thing I need is random ****ers phoning me at work to change networks.

I been called 4 times over the last few days and I'm on pay as you go with TMobile.

I called the 0800 number and an O2 recorded message said to call 08000136671.

hi everyone just answered a call from the above number...i said hello..and the women said is that sharon which is my name aswered yes..she then put the phone down..think they must be bored and get a kick out of phoning people and putting the phone down..stupid idiots..id i have any more calls from 02/...im going to cancel my network...stupid idiots

Hi I work for O2 and as far as I know we do not use any outside company by this name. we have brought a number of cases to the courts regarding companies posing as O2 or leading people to believe they are O2.

I've been bugged by this number for about 4 months, since I got a contract with O2. I never answered it though because I get harassed by recruitment agencies. I Googled this one and all the results said it was a nuisance caller.
