keep getting miss calls from this number never had the chance to answer, I have looked into this online and apparently its EON

Checked number and come accross these reports

Phoned my mobile and seemed to just be a blank line when i answered. They have been phoning numerous times after i filled in competition entries online for ITV and a few other seemingly legitimate companies.

13:14 on 04 Nov 2010 - male caller asked to speak to the account payer. "Account payer for what?" I asked. " For the household bills" he replied. "And who are you?" I asked.
" Due to data protection I cannot say." he answered.
"Well surely the same applies to me too", I countered. "What do you mean?" he asked.
"Well data protection applies equally to me as it does you. You've called but cannot say who you are, so neither can I say who I am". Unbelievably he then asked "Is the owner of the phone not about?"
"No" I exhaled.
"Oh!" he gasped.
"Bye" I said.
